Advanced Military Technologies

MilTech Defence is an Integrated Defence Capability Development and Project Coordination Platform, strategically positioned to introduce Türkiye's defence ecosystem to partner countries by combining public-sector expertise with private-sector agility and flexibility. Leveraging the unique synergy between ASFAT (a company of the Turkish Ministry of National Defence) and YDA Group (with international EPC and financial capabilities), we go beyond simply supplying equipment — we build sustainable defence capabilities.

This hybrid structure brings together the information technologies, electro-optical capabilities, and service competencies of its partner companies, while leveraging strong investment capabilities to establish a robust foundation for building strategic and sustainable relationships across international markets. It enables the formation of strategic partnerships and joint investments with relevant government institutions in the countries of operation.
As a result, MilTech evolves beyond a conventional commercial entity into a state-backed strategic solutions platform, capable of delivering comprehensive defence capability packages spanning from concept to full-scale operations.
